Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Certain products and exam vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. For example, exam vouchers purchased with multiple attempts are not refundable whether you pass or fail the first attempt.Timeframe for Refund Requests
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the support team within a specified period from the date of purchase. (Example: within 7–14 days of purchase.) Requests received after this timeframe may not be accepted.Training Program Cancellations
If a training program (virtual or onsite) is cancelled by the attendee before the scheduled start date, refunds may be processed based on how far in advance the cancellation is submitted.No Refund After Course Commencement

Certification exam vouchers are typically non-refundable. If the voucher is included in a training package, separate refund terms apply to the training component.Rescheduling Fees
