Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Certain products and exam vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. For example, exam vouchers purchased with multiple attempts are not refundable whether you pass or fail the first attempt.

  • Timeframe for Refund Requests
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the support team within a specified period from the date of purchase. (Example: within 7–14 days of purchase.) Requests received after this timeframe may not be accepted.

  • Training Program Cancellations
If a training program (virtual or onsite) is cancelled by the attendee before the scheduled start date, refunds may be processed based on how far in advance the cancellation is submitted.

  • No Refund After Course Commencement
Refund requests submitted after the training course has begun (first session completed) are generally not eligible for refunds.

  • Certification Exam Vouchers
Certification exam vouchers are typically non-refundable. If the voucher is included in a training package, separate refund terms apply to the training component.

  • Rescheduling Fees
If a training session or exam date is rescheduled by the attendee, a rescheduling fee may apply, and it must be requested well in advance of the originally scheduled date.

  • Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds
In some cases (for example, materials already accessed or administrative fees), a partial refund may be issued rather than a full refund.

  • Cancellation by PostgreSQLCert
If PostgreSQLCert cancels a training course, exam session, or bundled service, a full refund or credit toward a future service will be offered.

  • Support Contact for Refunds
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted via the official support email or contact channel listed on the site (such as support@postgresqlcert.com). PostgreSQLCert will respond with confirmation and next steps.
