System Requirements
Candidates must use a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a webcam and microphone. Supported operating systems include Windows 7 or higher and macOS 10.15 or higher. A stable internet connection with minimum upload and download speeds of 3 Mbps is required; a wired (LAN) connection is strongly recommended for optimal performance. The latest version of Google Chrome is preferred, though updated versions of Safari and Firefox are also supported. Internet Explorer and Edge are not compatible.
Identification Requirements
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is mandatory. The ID must be an original document and include the candidate’s full name and a clear, recent photograph. Acceptable forms of identification include a passport, driver’s license, national/state ID card, or permanent resident/visa card.
Testing Environment Guidelines
Candidates must choose a private, enclosed room where they will not be interrupted. The testing area should be well lit, free from background noise, and arranged so the proctor can clearly view both the candidate and the surrounding space. Sitting in front of bright windows or strong backlighting should be avoided.
Exam Day Rules
Candidates are required to log in at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. All browsers and applications must be closed before beginning the exam. During the session, switching tabs, accessing other applications or websites, communicating with others, or disconnecting from the internet is strictly prohibited and may result in exam termination. Candidates must present their ID and complete a room scan if requested by the proctor, remain visible on camera at all times, and ensure no other person is present in the room for the duration of the exam.
